Urethane rubber is a material with excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. It is widely used in rolls, pulleys, and wheels. We can also accept supplied cores, so please consult with us.
You do not need to remove the existing roll; we will take it and rewrap it. We will ensure that it is thoroughly separated down to the core before proceeding with new molding and cutting.
Urethane 90° is a material with high hardness and high strength, making it easy to process with cutting tools. Although it is rubber, it is also possible to create C and R edges at the corners. If it comes with old rubber, rest assured that we will remove it and process it.
